Yellow Tail Chardonnay

The wine trade loves to knock this brand, the most successful in the last decade amongst all wine brands. People say the quality is poor and they wouldn't be caught dead drinking it.

But in recent blind tastings at our wine courses more than 50% of people mistake it for the $100+ white Burgundy we put it up against. So does that they something about the quality of some white Burgundy? Or maybe Yellow Tail is really not as bad as people think?

The bottom line is that if Yellow tail really tastes terrible it wouldn't have been as successful as it is. Take the Burgundy vs The Tail blind tasting challenge!
